The Japanese Samurai Knife for your Kitchen
The Samurai knife is constructed from the popular Japanese Damas steel sandwiched by a stainless steel outer coating of a total of 110 layers. The coating has a "Raindrop" finish. This gives the knife a distinctive look while contributing greatly to its excellent cutting properties and corrosion resistance. We really like the finish on the bottom blade that transitions to the polished steel of the knife's core.
